Physical Twin
A lightweight spatial entry point. The existing six-stop guide provides interpreted architecture and provenance. Space permission is separate from model availability.
Ordered by people using each language at home across Greater Western Sydney, ABS 2021 Census (13 council areas).
English is the default. Chinese scripts share one population group: Mandarin, Cantonese and other Chinese languages. Script choice does not imply a spoken language.
Interface translations are machine-assisted and unofficial; community review is pending. Original records, names, submitted content and assistant responses retain their source language. Confirm important information with its provider.
Your language preference is saved on this device and in page links. No search text or personal information is sent for translation.
PROPOSAL FOR DISCUSSION · WSSH / Spacecubed partnership, installation and pilot terms are not confirmed.
Make local expertise easier to discover. Help people start a useful conversation. Record what happens next, with their consent.
A proposed flagship demonstration within Nexus, an independent, non-commercial public-benefit initiative.
The first two figures describe the wider community, as published by Spacecubed on 2 October 2026. They are not enrolled pilot counts.
Read the dated community report ↗Open the shared wall or web experience.
Browse approved companies, capabilities, needs and events.
Review up to three potential matches with source dates and evidence.
Request human coordination on your own device. Each organisation decides separately.
Demonstration question: “Which teams could help a manufacturer test AI?” This is a scenario, not evidence that particular WSSH teams offer the service. An introduction is not a sale or a successful PoC.
Open the Living Wall ↗The wall uses the same approved records as the web. An existing display, an agreed movable setup or a browser can be used. Location, access and display permission require agreement.
A lightweight spatial entry point. The existing six-stop guide provides interpreted architecture and provenance. Space permission is separate from model availability.
Approved company capabilities, needs, events and their explicit ownership links. Visibility and source dates travel with each record.
Evidence-grounded candidate discovery. The guide defers unknowns, cites approved content and leaves introductions to people.
Private consent, introductions, participant confirmations and follow-up. Learning comes from confirmed outcomes, not profile volume.
No current room allocations, occupancy or surveyed access routes are represented. Full BIM, IoT rollout, tracking and autonomous building control are outside this pilot.
Publish approved capabilities and current needs. Update or withdraw participation at any time.
Find relevant expertise and understand why a conversation may be useful.
Support visits and introductions with consistent information and participant-confirmed follow-up.
These are benefits to test. Revenue, occupancy, investment and PoC conversion are not promised.
Shared wall and web access, lightweight spatial context, approved profiles, an AI guide, opt-in contact requests and a private outcome ledger. The 90-day clock starts only after essential permissions and an authorised kickoff.
Checking approved pilot information…
Agree owners, use cases, permissions and the first voluntary cohort.
Prepare approved profiles, the wall/web experience and evidence for the guide.
Review answers and matches with members and invited visitors.
Run a showcase, review confirmed outcomes and agree an exit or extension.
| Measure | Proposed target | Evidence required |
|---|---|---|
| Approved business profiles | 10–15 | Approved, current opt-in profiles |
| Voluntary test sessions | 30+ | Deduplicated voluntary sessions with evidence references |
| Human-scored answer quality | ≥90% on 30 agreed questions | 30 agreed questions, human scores, sources and unknown handling |
| Introductions accepted by both sides | 5+ | Separate current acceptance from both organisations |
| 30-day follow-up status | Every introduction | Follow-up due date, participant reports and human review |
A declined match or an unknown result is valid. A percentage is unavailable until all 30 agreed questions are scored. No real results are seeded.
Product design, agreed software delivery, hosting, technical support and an agreed AI allowance. Internal expenditure requires approval.
An operating sponsor, content review, voluntary participants and feedback. No WSSH pilot technology fees and no automatic paid renewal.
New displays or sensors, paid third-party services, deep integrations, building controls and ongoing service beyond 90 days are outside the initial scope. Exceeding the AI allowance pauses requests; it never creates a WSSH charge.
Extend only by agreement, export agreed content, or close and delete pilot content under the agreed retention policy. No automatic conversion to paid service. The agreement must confirm responsible entities; this site does not assert a contracting entity.
Community-service positioning and technology delivery responsibilities are distinct. Octopus Future's community role and any Octopus Core delivery or governance role require confirmation in the charter.
| Area | Control and accountable party |
|---|---|
| Member content | The member or business opts in, selects public fields, approves, updates or withdraws. An independent reviewer publishes. |
| Living Wall | Content owner and WSSH approve public fields. Private contacts and individual outcomes never appear. Small identifiable aggregates remain suppressed. |
| Introductions and outcomes | Each side gives scoped, expiring consent. Authorised staff coordinate. Participants confirm meetings and next steps. |
| Space and building data | The relevant property or data owner confirms location, access, licensing and permitted use. |
| Brand and case studies | Both organisations approve wording, images, audience and case-study use separately. |
| Data lifecycle | Agree storage region, retention, export and deletion. No general-model training on member data is proposed. |
Initial content can be entered manually through existing authorised Nexus profiles. Spacecubed API access and live integration rights have not been verified. These controls are a proposal, not a legal compliance conclusion.
Requires repeat use, maintained content and verified outcomes.
Requires a facilities sponsor, asset-owner permission, system access and a separate business case.
A future opportunity to test a defined factory or logistics problem with an industrial partner.
Requires an institutional sponsor and permissioned regional data collaboration.
Validated modules could be adapted for other hubs, universities or precincts. No market or revenue forecast is made.
Source reference date in the proposal: 8 October 2026. NSW Public Works describes a 1,500 m² heritage refurbishment, a 5-Star Green Star project and the 2022 opening. These are historical context, not pilot deliverables.
The presentation contains Spacecubed photographs and AI-generated concept scenes. Those images are not reproduced here. They do not establish an approved installation, actual floor plan, operational activity or permission to publish third-party photography. The existing architectural guide retains its own modelling provenance.
Agree a sponsor, the pilot scope and content approval pathway. Invite a voluntary first cohort, then agree a showcase date. Secure operators can prepare the charter before any kickoff is recorded.
